I Stopped Waiting for a Developer
This site. Designed, built, and modelled by me, from the layout down to the content structure.
For years I designed sites for other people, then dropped my own work into templates that never quite fit. Almost right, but never mine. So I stopped fighting the template and built the thing myself.
Design and type in Figma, the front end in Next.js, content modelled in Sanity, deployed on Vercel. About a month from the first commit to live. Every part of the site is content, including services and settings, and each project separates what it is from how it surfaces on the homepage. I now publish a new project in minutes and can shape any pixel of it whenever I want.
